What does “Rate per sq ft” include?
The default rate of ₹2,300 per sq ft covers core structural construction — foundation, walls, roofing, plastering, and basic finishes. It does not include interiors, modular kitchen, or the water and compound wall additions, which are calculated separately below. You can edit the rate to match your local material and labour costs.
Is GST included in the total estimate?
No, the default estimate shown does not include GST. Factor in GST separately when comparing this estimate against a contractor’s formal quotation.
How is the monthly EMI calculated?
The EMI uses the standard reducing-balance home loan formula based on the final estimate total, the loan tenure in years, and the interest rate you enter. It updates instantly as you change any of the three values.
